Dave’s Gourmet and Blaires Death have developed brands in the todays hot sauce market. With recognition from chileheads and dedicated fans, very few hot sauce enthusiasts aren’t familiar with them, and for good reason. Buffalo Wild Wings reputation run parallel among wing and sport fans. However, despite a 29+ lineup of chicken/wing condiments (13 of which are sauces), the company seemingly receives no attention from hot sauce enthusiasts. This becomes a plerplexity when considering their sauce on the end of their heat spectrum.
Flavor / Heat combination, the most important factor in determining a sauces quality is that which Blazin masters. The sauce invites repeated dips, while retaining an intense heat which will only allow for so much.
It is this combination which can be attributed to its stay/popularity amongst the non-chilehead public which fill up Buffalo Wild Wing locations across America. The cup it’s rountinely served in, works to complement both the flavor and heat intensity by providing just enough for their six tenders.
Without a doubt, Buffalo Wild Wing’s Blazin is a signature classic. Its dark dark red allure, aroma, and consistentsy set it apart from the hundreds of others. Blazin has distinct qualities that even the aforementioned sauce powerhouses lack. Available as a side at all BW3 locations and for purchase in 12oz glass bottles (at a price lower than Dave’s Insanity and Blaire’s Megadeath) there isn’t a reason hot sauce lovers shouldn’t check out.
